Healing Hands

When you’ve been doing something for decades, you tend to have a lot of perspective. As a proud member of the beauty industry for more than 50 years now, I have been part of the transformation process for more individuals than I can count.

On the outside, a hairstylist has a license to work with their hands—to create a fashionable new haircut, dramatic color, a glamorous updo for a special occasion—but on the inside, it’s a whole lot more.
