2014 Raider registration

The Oak Forest Raiders will be holding its 3rd registration/food drive for all football players and cheerleaders ages 8-13 (some younger might be considered) on Saturday April 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The cost is $100/child ($75 2nd football player), $25 family participation deposit* and $50 raffle/child.  Payment plans are available.

Although we will still take donations for the food drive, the contest is over.  The Tancredi family donated over 50 pounds of food which will be donated to a local food depository.  Thank you to all others who donated food.  Our total was ocer 250 pounds of non-perishable foods.  Great job!!!

*For the first time the Raiders will charge a nominal $25/participation fee/family.  Regardless if you have 1 child or 7 in the program, you will be required to fulfill one commitment credit.  Participation deposits will all be given back at equipment hand-in after the end of the season. You will be given back cash regardless if you pay cash or check.  The duration of each commitment credit detail will vary, but will average about an hour and will include such activities as field set-up, concession, team mom, team dad, dads club, field take down, clean up etc…  There will be a partial sign-up list at registration, and there will be several other opportunities to sign up for your commitment.  All participation commitments will be filled on a first come first served basis.  Ask a Raider board member for more information.

We are also, looking for football and cheer coaches.  This is a great volunteer opportunity.
