Help Nonprofit Group Pack a Special Back-to-School Lunch

The Marley Project, a state nonprofit group, will continue its Peanut Butter and Jelly Food Drive at 9 a.m. at Oak Forest City Hall and the Oak Forest Park District and other locations around the city and Tinley Park. The drive runs through Sept. 13. Find out what nonperishable, back-to-school lunch items you can donate

What to Watch Out for Tuesday

  • GILLS Registration: This all-ages competitive swim team will hold registration from 6 to 8 p.m. at Andrew High School. Find out more details
  • No Public Computers at Library: All public computers at the Acorn Public Library will be unavailable because of a network-wide software upgrade. They will be back online Wednesday, Aug. 28.
