Help Feed Local Families in Need

Local food drive The Marley Project collects nonperishable groceries for families in need within the community.

Marley Majetic is at it again—the charity-minded teen is again collecting donations to local food pantries.

A brand new holiday season means a fresh start for the drive. She's requesting donations of non-perishable food items for the community's poor. This year's drive lasts until Dec. 20.

City Hall is a drop-off site. Monetary donations can be sent to The Marley Project at 5919 Condado Drive, Oak Forest, IL 60452.  Questions? Send an e-mail to themarleyproject@hotmail.com.

Other drop-off sites include CNB Bank, Don Gorman Fieldhouse, Harvest Room Restaurant, and Tinley Park Community Church.
