As part of our Community Health Education series, we are offering you a chance to meet a local podiatrist: Dr. Conway McLean, DPM. Dr. McLean will give a lecture titled, "Taking Care of Your Feet: A Tour of Podiatric Medicine". Come learn about how to take care of your feet and meet a local doctor.

Located just across from the Oak Forest Park District on Central Avenue, the Acorn Public Library serves residents of Oak Forest, Crestwood, Midlothian, Tinley Park and Country Club Hills. The facility offers both youth and adult programs, including storytimes, family game nights and adult literacy programs. Other program offerings include muse groups for the aspiring writer, book discussion groups for the avid reader and quilting groups for the craftier residents. The library also contains magnification software for sight-impaired community members.
