The Acorn Readers’ Party is your chance to talk about your favorite book and hear about others’ favorites while enjoying free pizza.
Each person will have 3 minutes to share their book in front of the group. Please bring a library copy, if possible. Limit: One book per patron.
There is no registration required, but the Readers’ Party is limited to ages 13+

More About Acorn Public Library
Located just across from the Oak Forest Park District on Central Avenue, the Acorn Public Library serves residents of Oak Forest, Crestwood, Midlothian, Tinley Park and Country Club Hills. The facility offers both youth and adult programs, including storytimes, family game nights and adult literacy programs. Other program offerings include muse groups for the aspiring writer, book discussion groups for the avid reader and quilting groups for the craftier residents. The library also contains magnification software for sight-impaired community members.
