According to the Prudential Biros Real Estate's listing of the location, the building features concrete and tile floors, ample parking, office space, a large storage area, a kitchen, public and private restrooms, and more. The building offers 11,800 square feet of space.
Listed for sale at $489,900, the location could once again be home to an automotive shop or store in the near future, but the right business is needed.
Should a large automotive chain or mom and pop car shop move into the space, or should the building be converted into something else entirely?

We need a Dollar Store in Oak Forest. There used to be 1 next to food for less but everything was definitely more than a dollar.

What about a pet store somewhere? If there is going to be the new dog park, it would only make sense. Maybe where the old dealerships were? I also agree with Paula on the dollar store, but I do think it should be a chain store such as, "Dollar Tree".
