For $100K, you could buy an Escalade for $55K to live in and $45K to buy a garage to park.

The paneling and wallpaper in the living room in the Oak Forest house would definitely have to go.

The house in Tinley is obviously meant for people who don't need a big house, like young single people or newlyweds or retired empty nesters.
