The second annual Oak Forest Fleadh is just 9 days away, and Patch wants to make sure you're prepared.

Leading up to the Fleadh, we'll rattle off the bars and restaurants that are part of the pub and restaurant open house fun. We'll give you the rundown of what they're offering, when and for how much during the Fleadh. The open house officially starts at 5 p.m., but are Irish festivities and specials are lined up all day.

Which place are we talking about? Beggars Pizza

What time should I be there? Head over around 8 a.m.

...I'm usually just rolling out of bed around that time. ... Set your alarm for a half-hour earlier. Don't miss out on pepper and egg, egg, cheese and bacon, or ham or turkey breakfast sandwiches for $3.99.

How much to get in? No cover, at any point during the day.

So, food and drink? What else? Even the pizza is Irish-themed. Try the Irish Flag pizza slices: green peppers, onions and pepperoni thin crust, for $3.50  Also, $2.90 thin crust pizza slices, $3 deep dish. Beef sandwiches will go for $6.29. Spaghetti and mostaccioli are $8.95, served with bread and butter, two meatballs or an Italian sausage link. Drink specials run all day. And we almost forgot about the DJ! 9 a.m. to close!
