I like Krispy Kreme......anyone notice it is up for sale? They must have got their property tax bill.

No, we completely missed that big honkin' sign they have out front.
Why did you immediately assume that it's up for sale because of the property taxes? Are you such a Grover Norquistite that you think taxes are inherently evil?
Maybe the property is up for sale because it's an underperforming business (note how many of Krispy Kreme's locations have closed in the past several years once the novelty wore off) in a desirable high traffic area.
My point is, don't jump to conclusions.
