Another woman and her children fall prey to the epidemic that plagues women and children in this country, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Pooh pood by authorities, law makers and judges and sometimes police, domestic torture and murder is status quo in this country and no one is doing anything productive about it accept for victim's and their families. Gov. Blagojevich signed into law GPS monitoring system that alerts victims when their violator is heading near them thanks to a victim's brother who fought hard for this law http://directives.chicagopolice.org/forms/CPD-15.524.pdf. Judges have the tools to stop this reckless egregious murder and violence but they don't. Sit in "domestic violence" court some time it will break your heart. When Judges and Law makers start getting sued is when you will see positive results in this age old crime.
