It's tough to see how Shadow could have gone un-adopted for the nearly at year.

She's such an energetic and fun dog. According to her trainer at PAWS Animal Shelter in Tinley Park, Shadow is equally happy running around and sitting on the couch.

Shadow also is learning quite a few tricks, including how to sit, heel and come when called.

She's good with other dogs so, if you already have some, Shadow should fit in fine. She just tends to stay by herself when around other dogs.

Ideally, Shadow would fit in a home that doesn't have young kids and with someone who would continue her training.
