Man Taunts Neighbors with Pellet Gun: Police Blotter
Oak Forest Police reports, Sept. 8–10
MONDAY, SEPT. 10 Business Burglarized
O'Donnell Dental Care, 15028 Cicero Ave., reported a burglary sometime between Sept. 6–10. According to the complainant, sometime during those dates, an unknown person(s) broke into the business by breaking a small window and unlocking the door.
Once inside, the victim said the suspect(s) removed three BO Speakers units, an iPod, two iPads, a camcorder, a travel projector and a four-camera security system, all with an estimated worth of $5,450.
The complainant said that the last people in the business were an employee and Stanley Steamer techs, on Thursday, Sept. 6.

Party On, Dudes
Dean W. Richards, 18, of the 5800 block of S. Edward Street, Ivan Angeles, 19, of the 5800 block of S. Edward Street, Alexi K. Pajic, 19, of the 4500 block of W. 152nd Street, Midlothian, and Zachary K. Schroeder, 19, were all charged with underage consumption of alcohol after police responded to a fight in the 5800 block of South Edward Street. When officers arrived, they found Richards screaming and flailing his arms wildly, smelling of alcohol. Police took him into custody, while the others were left at the scene.
At the station, Richards was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond. Angeles was also charged with boisterous party/gathering, while Pajic was cited for underage possession of alcohol, boisterous party and obstructing a police officer.
I Want a Beer, But I'll Take Your Wallet
Police responded to a call in the 5000 block of 159th Street, after a resident called to report a theft. The victim told officers that a person they knew as “Bee,” came into their apartment and asked for a beer. When the victim refused, “Bee” grabbed their wallet off the table and ran out of the apartment and fled the area in her car. Th wallet contained $40, credit cards and ID.
Didn't See That Coming
Police responded to a report of a battery in the 5000 block of 159th Street. At the scene, officers found the victim sitting on his porch, bleeding from under his left eye. He told officers that two black males confronted him outside of his apartment and one punched him in the face, causing the injury. Officers were unable to locate the suspects.
It Looks Real To Them
Juan C. Cruz-Hernandez, 24, of the 5000 block of 159th Street, was charged with aggravated assault. Cruz-Hernandez was arrested after several residents notified the police that he was standing outside of an apartment complex with a gun.
At the apartments, officers found Cruz-Hernandez and ordered him to the ground. He instead entered his apartment, where officers located him and placed him in handcuffs. Officers found the gun in his apartment, and noted that it was an AirSoft gun, with one clip. Cruz-Hernandez said his neighbors were being loud and he was trying to scare them.
Cruz-Hernandez was fingerprinted and found to have a $200,000 bond in Orland Park for DUI. He was released on charges in Oak Forest, pending a court date, and held in until Orland Park officers came to get him.
