Sixty-three percent of our Patch responders were right on the money. A three-bedroom home on Lockwood Avenue in Oak Forest sold for $230,000.

A three-bedroom quad-level home located at 17046 Lockwood Ave. in Oak Forest sold on Nov. 20, 2012, according to aolrealestate.com.

The home has three bathrooms and 3,150 square feet of living space. It was built in 1998 and sits on a lot of 0.23 acres in the West Side subdivision.
